How to Participate

This program is only available to customers who purchase qualifying TeeJet products between December 14^th, 2020 and March 31^st, 2021. Refer to the table below for eligible TeeJet products.

Rebate Submission

1. Verify the product being considered for the rebate program is a qualified product purchased between December 14^th, 2020 and March 31^st, 2021.
2. All rebate applications must be submitted before March 31^st, 2021.
3. Refer to the online portal for further instructions on how to submit an invoice and file for the rebate. Before applying, ensure that you have all the necessary information on hand:
   1. Date of purchase
   2. Invoice number
   3. The serial number of the product eligible for rebate
   4. The description of the product for rebate
   5. Copy of the original receipt

Rebate Payment

Upon approval, all rebate submissions will be paid via mailed prepaid gift card.

Terms and Conditions

All invoices submitted for rebate must be dated between December 14^th, 2020 and March 31^st, 2021. All rebate requests must be received before March 31^st 2021 11:59 CST to qualify. No exceptions.

This offer is:

• For customers who have finalized a purchase of one or more of the qualifying TeeJet products outlined in the above table.
• Limited of two rebate entries per customer. Entries may contain multiple qualifying products purchased within the program dates only.
• Valid only in the USA and Canada.

Qualifying products must be purchased by an end user customer of such products. Distributors, resellers, and other vendors of TeeJet Products are not eligible for this rebate offer.

The completed online rebate form requires an electronically captured image of the proof of purchase and uploaded with your application.

What qualifies as an “acceptable” proof of purchase?

Original/Copy:

• Paid Sales Receipt
• Dealer Invoice (clearly displaying that it has been PAID)
• Credit Card receipt + Dealer Invoice
• Serial number on the console

Restrictions

All entrants must be 18 years of age and a legal resident of the country specified in their rebate form. This rebate offer is valid only in the United States and Canada. This rebate offer is void where prohibited. This rebate is not transferable.

General Conditions

Providing false or duplicate information, or any information that violates the eligibility requirements of this rebate offer, will result in disqualification of your rebate request. TeeJet reserves the right to deny or disregard any rebate request deemed to be false. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this promotion will be ineligible for the rebate offer and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Allow at least six weeks for processing your rebate request.
